Advertiser has SEO & Affiliate solutions and good level of brand value. Based on the existing visitor results, they were getting traffic from 2 main countries with %70 rate, but they had traffic from other countries too and they wanted to unlock those possible markets and they specified target CPAs for each country.

Solution
